The BlogSlammer! blog CO-OP was created to allow users to have access to hundreds (and hopefully many thousands) of free blogs on unique geo regions and IP's.
To join, all you need is an indexed WordPress MU site. A dedicated IP address is preferred as it will guarantee you access to the CO-OP.
